HOUSTON - Both Wichita State decathletes and heptathletes took four of the top five places in the decathlon and heptathlon competitions at Rice on Thursday. Hunter Veith won his first decathlon competition with 7,027 points, Tobias Boese finished second with 6,876 points, and Kyle Troxler took third with 6,593 points. Gavyn Yetter brought home a second place finish in the women's heptathlon competition with 5,198 points and Jenny Pinkston followed with a third place finish with 4,917 points.
